1. I had this same fault and found a solution which worked, at least in my case. I use Google Tag Manager to send consequence data for Facebook custom conversions.   For some reason, tag manager tried to send the content_name of the event earlier the pixel code was loaded. What I did to gear up this was the following.
  1. Open the custom conversion tag which gives the warning in Google Tag Manager
  ii. Click the tag
  3. Open the Advanced settings
  4. Click Tag Sequencing
  5. Click fire a tag before "you custom conversion tag" fires

At Events Manager, Overview, i am receiving this notification:

"This pixel is installed on vi websites. View the total events being received from each website this pixel is installed on"

I see there some other separate websites, other than my client's website (they are business organisation websites, not Facebook or Google). I checked with Pixel Helper extension, and these websites dont even have a pixel.
